By accessing or using AutoHire ("the Service"), provided by Sprocket Sync Media LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.



2. Description

AutoHire is a recruiting management platform designed to help modern auto repair shops manage candidate pipelines and synchronize leads from third-party advertising platforms.

3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in via our lead generation forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Sprocket Sync Media LLC regarding your job application, interview scheduling, and recruitment updates.


  • Consent: You certify that you are the owner of the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or employment.


  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the recruitment process.


  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.


  • Help: For help, reply HELP to any message we send you or email support@autohire360.com.


  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.



Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and privacy regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The AutoHire platform, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sprocket Sync Media LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sprocket Sync Media LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
